Initiate Your Request
Log into your Acriine account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
